希望护理在造血干细胞移植术患者中的应用研究

摘要

Objective: To investigate the effect of hope care in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group (n=30). hTe control group was treated with routine nursing. hTe intervention group was treated with the hope care intervention on the basis of routine nursing. hTe level of anxiety, hope, and satisfaction with caregivers of the two groups was compared before and atfer intervention.Results:hTere was signiifcant difference (P<0.05) in the level of anxiety and hope between the two groups atfer nursing intervention.Conclusion:hTe hope nursing intervention can relieve the anxiety of the patients, improve the hope index and the satisfaction degree to the nursing staff atfer hematopoietic stem cell transplantation nursing.%目的：探讨希望护理在造血干细胞移植术(hematopoietic stem cell transplantation，HSCT)患者中的应用效果。方法：将60例患者采用随机对照试验分为干预组和对照组各30例，对照组采用常规方法护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上采用希望护理干预，比较两组患者干预前后焦虑水平、希望水平以及对护理人员满意度。结果：两组患者在干预后焦虑水平、希望水平对护理人员满意度均有差异，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：应用希望护理干预对行造血干细胞移植护理可以缓解患者焦虑，提高患者的希望水平及对护理人员满意度。
