摘要

Abstract:Objective To observe the application efficacy of intelligent temperature control system in nursing care of patients with finger replantation and tissue transplantation. Methods 〓Totally 80 patients received replantation of severed fingers and tissue transplantation were selected as the study objects. Patients were divided into the study group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The traditional gooseneck lamp was used as the postoperative temperature control tool in the control group. In the study group, the self-designed intelligent temperature control system was used as the postoperative temperature control tool. The blood circulation of replanted fingers, comfort degree and sleep quality of patients were assessed and compared between two groups. Results 〓The rate of good blood circulation and comfort rate of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05). The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of patients in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion 〓The intelligent temperature control system, with advantages of high efficacy, safety and comfortability, is qualified in temperature control after finger replantation and tissue transplantation.
