The structures of the female pelvis are complex and the origins of the pelvic masses are widespread. Preoperative identification of the sources of the pelvic masses is very important. However, it is difficult to determine ovaries and ovary source masses accurately by traditional CT. With the continuous progress of CT technology, the display of ovarian related anatomic structures has been improved. These ovarian related anatomic structures can be used for recognition of ovaries and identification of ovary source masses. This method provides a great help for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the female pelvic masses. Therefore, this review summarized the researches about ovarian related anatomy and methods of CT recognition of ovaries and ovary source masses.%女性盆腔结构复杂,发生在盆腔的肿物来源广泛,术前明确肿物来源非常重要。传统CT准确识别卵巢及卵巢源肿物有一定困难。随着CT技术的不断进步,卵巢相关解剖结构的显示愈加清晰,可以借助卵巢相关解剖结构来识别卵巢及卵巢源肿物。这种方法对女性盆腔肿物的诊断与鉴别诊断有很大帮助。就卵巢相关解剖、卵巢及卵巢源肿物的CT识别方面的研究进行回顾和总结。
