胱抑素C、同型半胱氨酸及尿碱性磷酸酶在糖尿病肾病诊断中的临床价值

摘要

目的 研究胱抑素C(CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)及尿碱性磷酸酶(UALP)在糖尿病肾病诊断中的临床价值,为糖尿病的临床诊断提供依据.方法 选择2015年1月至2016年12月在该院进行诊治的单纯性糖尿病患者60例作为糖尿病组,筛选出糖尿病肾病患者60例为糖尿病肾病组,同期该院体检健康者60例作为对照组.观察并比较3组研究对象的CysC、HCY及UALP水平和阳性率,并进行统计学分析.结果 糖尿病组和糖尿病肾病组的CysC、HCY及UALP检测结果均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).糖尿病组及糖尿病肾病组的 CysC、HCY 及 UALP 检测阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05).结论 血清CysC、HCY及UALP可用于糖尿病肾病的临床诊断,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To study the clinical value of cystatin C,homocysteine and urinary alkaline phospha-tase in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 cases of simple diabetic patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as diabetes mellitus,selected 60 cases with diabetic nephropathy as diabetic nephropathy group,60 cases of healthy subjects in our hospital as the control group.The levels of cystatin C,homocysteine and urinary alkaline phosphatase and the positive rate of the three groups were observed and compared with those of the control group.Results The results of cystatin C,homocysteine and urinary alkaline phosphatase were significantly higher in diabetes mellitus group and diabetic nephropathy group than those in control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of cystatin C,homocysteine and urinary alkaline phosphatase in diabetic group and diabetic nephropathy group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum cystatin C,homocysteine and urinary alkaline phosphatase can be used in the clinical diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,and it is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
