低氧诱导因子(hypoxia-inducible factor,HIF)是低氧反应的重要枢纽性转录因子.文章就HIF-1及其靶基因血管内皮生长因子的相关特点及在脑缺血中的神经保护机制进行了综述.%Hypoxia-inducible factor(HIF)is a pivotal transcription factor for hypoxic response.This article reviews the related characteristics of HIF-1 and its target genes vascular endothelial growth factor and the neuroprotective mechanisrms in cerebral ischemia.
