抑制基质金属蛋白酶9蛋白活性的生物制剂研究进展

摘要

基质金属蛋白酶9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)被认为在肿瘤侵袭和转移中起重要作用,抑制其表达或阻断其活性对抑制恶性肿瘤的侵袭和转移有十分重要的临床意义.近年来大量研究聚焦抑制MMP-9活性的药物,研究这些药物的作用机制和疗效,将会促进恶性肿瘤转移的诊断和治疗.此文对近年来有关抑制MMP-9活性的生物制剂的相关研究进展做一综述.%Matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) is considered to play an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis.Inhibiting its expression or blocking its activity is of great clinical significance to inhibit the invasion and metastasis of malignant tumor.In recent years,a large number of studies have focused on drugs inhibiting MMP-9 activity.Studying the mechanisms and effectiveness of these drugs will promote the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumor metastasis.In this article,recent advances in the research of biological agents inhibiting MMP-9 activity are reviewed.
