制造业FDI与服务业FDI互动机制及对我国引资的启示

摘要

There exists some interaction mechanism between manufacturing FDI and services FDI, and manufacturing FDI created the demand for services FDI, while services FDI created better development environment for manufacturing FDI. This paper first analyzes the interaction mechanism between them, and then analyzes the distribution of service FDI in our country and the clients it served. It is found that the service FDI was pursued by the manufacturing FDI. Therefore, we should pay attention to the interaction mechanism of the use of foreign capital, try to exploit the service FDI to promote the transformation and upgrading of our manufacturing industry.%制造业FDI与服务业FDI之间存在着相互促进、相互影响的关系。制造业FDI创造了对服务业FDI的需求，服务业FDI为制造业FDI创造更好的发展空间。分析了两者互动的原理，研究了我国服务业FDI的区域分布和服务对象，发现其明显表现为对客户的追随。因此，我国在引入外资时，要关注两者的互动机制，尽可能利用服务业外资促进我国制造业的转型升级，同时防止外资垄断现象的发生。
