从国际贸易隐含污染排放转移的视角分析了贸易与环境问题的研究趋势，概述了贸易隐含碳排放的一般核算方法，总结了国际上研究贸易隐含碳排放的现状与进展。发展中国家由于技术水平和能源综合效率较低，与发达国家之间存在较高的贸易隐含碳排放净出口；对碳排放责任分担机制进行了梳理，传统的基于领土责任的碳排放核算不仅对发展中国家不利，还会引起“碳泄漏”现象的发生和全球碳排放总量的增加；考虑贸易因素的碳排放核算对未来温室气体减排策略的制定具有重要意义。%This paper analyzes the international research trend of trade and environment from the perspective of the pollutant emissions transfer embodied in the international trade. Based on the summaries of the general accounting method and research advances of carbon emissions embodied in international trade, the study finds that the developing countries have generated significant carbon emissions net exportation abroad to the developed countries, due to the relative lower engineering level and the higher energy consumption level. Then it analyzes the carbon emissions liability sharing mechanism, and the study suggests that the accounting method of the carbon emissions based on territory would not only cause the occurrence of ＇carbon leakage＇ but also may indirectly increase the global carbon emissions. Finally, this paper puts forward that it is necessary to give attention to the effects of the international trade have on national and global carbon emissions, when accounting carbon emissions of an economy in the next negotiation on climate change.
