“低碳”内涵的国际贸易相关问题研究

摘要

After the storm of international financial crisis, a new energy revolution and a new round of low-carbon economy based on green wave began sweeping the globe, which injects new meaning into the traditional ＂green economy＂ concept, and will become an irreversible trend in the field of environment and development. As the largest developing country, to explore the low carbon development path is not only match the ＂low carbon＂ development trend of world energy, but also can change the growth mode, adjust the industrial structure, achieve the emission reduction targets and sustainable development in China. This paper mainly introduces the related international trade theories about the trade and environment, trade and climate issues, and the meaning of ＂low carbon＂ in the age of green economies.%国际金融危机风暴过后，一场以新能源革命和低碳经济为主的新一轮绿色浪潮开始席卷全球，为传统的“绿色经济”理念注入了新内涵并将成为环境与发展领域不可逆转的趋势。作为最大的发展中国家，中国探索低碳发展之路不仅符合世界能源“低碳化”的发展趋势，而且也与我国转变增长方式、调整产业结构、落实节能减排目标和实现可持续发展具有一致性。本文主要介绍绿色经济时代贸易与环境，贸易与气候问题以及“低碳”内涵的国际贸易相关理论问题。
