专利法中的使用环境特征

Characteristics of application environment refers to the technical feature in the invention or utility model patent claim that illustrates the structure of invention theme, as a whole or in part,should be installed in what structure, or need to be connected with what structure. Characteristics of application environment limits the scope of protection of the patent right.
