目的 探讨小儿鞘膜积液手术中开展临床护理路径的效果.方法 50例鞘膜积液患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例.治疗期间,对照组患儿接受常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径.对比2组护理效果.结果 观察组患儿的住院时间短于对照组,治疗费用包括住院、用药和护理费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患儿家属对护理服务的满意程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在小儿鞘膜积液手术过程中应用临床护理路径,能够有效的规范医疗服务行为,促进患儿术后康复,值得借鉴.%Objective To investigate the application value of clinical nursing pathway for hydrocele in children receiving surgical treatment. Methods A total of 50 children with hydrocele were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care during treatment, while the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway. The nursing outcomes were observed and compared between two groups. Results Patients in the observation group had shorter length of stay, treatment cost compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). The parents of children in the observation group were more satisfied with nursing service than those of children in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of clinical nursing pathway can regulate the medical service and improve the postoperative rehabilitation of children with hydrocele.
