基于ICL7109的钢水测温仪

摘要

给出了基于ICL7109设计的钢水测温仪的硬件电路结构和温度计算方法.该系统以ICL7109为核心,采用S、R、B、WRe3/25 4种热电偶实现对钢水接触式断续测温,通过AD590实现冷端温度自动补偿、优化电路关键参数、强化抗干扰措施、简化温度计算方法,使系统具有结构简单、测温准确、测温范围宽的特点.%This paper introduced the hardware circuits and temperature conversion method of the steel furnace thermometer based on the ICL7109. The instrument measures the temperature by contact-intermittent way using S, R, B, WRe3/25 thermocouples. It realized automatic temperature compensation for cold junction with AD590,optimization of key parameters of the circuit,reinforcement of anti-interference and simplification of temperature conversion. It has some charactristics such as simple structure, high-precision and wide temperature range.
