变参数反冲洗控制程序的研发

     

摘要

根据开发部关于核桃壳过滤器反冲洗参数调整规定,针对目前的问题,自主研发反冲洗PLC控制程序.由目前的单一强度改为参数可调的变强度反洗模式,根据优化后反洗效果的化验数据对比,确定反洗强度和时间等设定参数.在控制方面,重点开发了下位机(PLC)的控制程序,运用PID闭环控制算法,以流量为控制对象,变频输出控制反洗排量,达到设定强度的反洗.着重解决了上位机与下位机的通信问题,以及如何进行误差修正、数据交换和报警联锁保护等问题.系统投入使用后,结果表明:控制精度高,抗干扰能力强,反洗强度、时间等参数根据实际情况任意可调;自主研发,提高了自动化水平,摆脱对厂家的依赖;为其他水质站的参数优化工作提供了技术支持.%According to the adjustment regulation of walnut Glter reverse wash parameters by development department,to solve the problem of the single backwashing mode and the parameters can not be adjustable, this paper researched on the control program of backwashing PLC. According to the effect of washing after optimization laboratory data contrast,it set down the backwashing intensity and time set parameters, etc. In the control aspect,the key research was the control program of PLC. It used PID closed-loop control algorithm,took flow as the object of control,backwash frequency output control emissions,to set the intensity of the backwash. The paper mainly solved the problems of the PC and the next crew communication issues, and error correction, data exchange and alarm interlock protection. The system advantage is high control accuracy,strong anti-jamming capability,and the strength,the parameters such as washing time is adjustable according to the actual situation. And it is an independent research, increasing the automation level, getting rid of the dependence of the manufacturers. And it provides technical support to other water quality stations.
