模糊PID在换热站温度控制系统中的设计与仿真

         

摘要

建筑采暖能耗问题日益引起人们的关注,换热站是采暖系统的中枢环节,针对其温度控制具有大惯性、纯滞后、时变性难以控制的特点,设计了采用AT89C2051作为控制内核,结合模糊控制和PID算法优点的模糊自适应PID控制器,并根据换热站温度控制系统的特点建立了仿真模型.仿真对比表明:模糊自适应PID控制器与常规PID控制器相比超调小,振荡周期短,精度高,具有较强的抗干扰能力,能够满足供热过程的动态和稳态性能.%Building heating energy consumption arouses people's interest, and heat transfer station is the central part of the heating system. Considering the characteristics of great inertia,pure delay,time-varying parameters in the temperature control system of heating exchanging, the fuzzy - PID arithmetic was presented,and AT89C2051 was used as control kernel. The design used SIMULINK tool to create a simulation model. Comparing with traditional PID control, Fuzzy - PID control system has small overshoot, short adjustment time,high accuracy, with strong adaption, it improves the heating process of dynamic and static performance.
