基于NRF2401的无线扭矩监测系统

         

摘要

According to the strain-type torque detection principle and digital wireless transmission technology, this paper designed the point-to-multipoint, wireless and real-time monitoring torque system of the transmitting shaft based on NRF2401. The system includes the collection and transmission module receiving and processing module, configuration and monitoring module. Collection and transmission module includes a number of nodes, each node operates in a different and fixed channel, collecting and sending signals. Using the characteristics of NRF2401 has a number of different receiving and transmitting channels,the receiving and processing module receives the data from each node in a separated time by the methods of scanning the channels. The configuration and monitoring module has the functions of configuration,data processing and so on. Finally, test indicates that the torque monitoring system is reliable,easy to use,easy networking,high measurement accuracy.%根据应变型扭矩检测原理和数字无线传输技术,设计了基于NRF2401的点对多点的传动轴扭矩无线实时监测系统.该系统包含采集发送模块、接收处理模块、配置监测模块.采集发送模块包含若干个节点,各节点工作在不同的固定频道,采集和发送信号.接收处理模块利用NRF2401具有多个不同收发频道的特点,采用频道扫描的方式,分时接收各节点的数据.配置监测模块具有配置、数据处理等功能.试验表明:该扭矩监测系统工作可靠、使用方便、易组网、测量精度高.
