为了实现面向信号的仪器UUT测试,分析了在自动测试系统中仪器作为被测对象(UUT)时的不同种类,并提出了针对不同仪器UUT的测试流程.使用面向信号的方法建立了UUT模型,通过提出UUT中针脚的方法实现了模型中信号单元的发送、接收所使用的信号通道及各信号通道使用的通信协议参数与信号的高效匹配.提出了模型的限定性描述并利用XML实现了UUT模型的存储,提高了不同测试应用间UUT模型的移植性.%To test instruments as UUT,instruments were divided into several categories when they were taken as unit under test in automatic test system,and different test procedures were proposed for these categories. With the method of single oriented method, a UUT model was established. By introducing the concept of pin in UUT, the efficiency of matching stimulus and feedback signal with its communication channel and protocol parameters of each channel was improved. Restrictive descriptions were presented and XML was used to store UUT models,which improved the portability of UUT models among different test applications.
