The general principle of the double color temperature measurement was presented. The modular structures and functions of S3C2410 were described in detail. The structure of system hardware was presented. In addition, the embedded operating system Linux and the programming of application software are designed, thus the software design was accomplished. The light signal radiationed by measured object was trasmited through optical fiber. The single wave lengts signal was acquired by the grating fiber. The temperature signal measuremented is light type ration color type or multi color type. The blackbody stove and light are used to calibration instrument. The experimental inspection shows the repeatability of the system is less than 2 ℃, measurement error of the system ia <0.5% FS.%设计了一种基于嵌入式Linux的比色测温系统,硬件部分基于ARM9系列S3C2410处理器,软件部分采用Linux最小系统的设计.采用光纤传输被测物体发射的光信号,用光纤光栅实现单波长信号获取,经信号处理,表征被测温度可以是亮度式、比色式、多色式信号.应用黑体炉及亮度灯对研制的仪器标定.标定及试验验证结果表明:系统测温重复性<2℃,系统的测量误差<0.5%.
