芯片级PCR仪温度模糊PID控制器设计与仿真

         

摘要

针对一款新型芯片级PCR仪温度智能控制系统,提出了一种基于模糊自整定PID控制算法实现该智能温度控制系统的温度快速跟踪及其控制.文中通过建立二输入三输出的自整定模糊控制器,并与经典PID控制器及其芯片级PCR仪温控系统结合起来,构建了芯片级PCR仪温度模糊PID控制系统仿真模型.仿真结果表明:模糊自整定PID控制器算法相对于普通的PID控制器算法,能大幅度地减小温度的超调量,有效实现芯片级PCR仪温度控制系统温度的精准控制,同时,该算法具有更强的鲁棒性,易于实现.%For satisfying a novel microchip level PCR instrument temperature smart controllings fuzzy adaptive PIO algorithm for the intelligent temperature control system was presented to achieve the temperature fast tracking and controlling. A self-tuning fuzzy controller with two input and three outputs was established. It was used to construct the simulation model of microchip level PCR Fuzzy-PID control algorithm and the classical PID control algorithm for the novel microchip level PCR instrument temperature control system. The simulation results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm, compared with the classical PID control algorithm,can greatly reduce the temperature overshoot and achieve the precise control of temperature. Simultaneously, this algorithm has stronger robust performance than the classical PID control algorithm,and it is easy to realize.
