基于S3C2440的新型工业多协议转换器设计

         

摘要

目前工业4.0在国内正蓬勃发展,但工厂设备使用协议不一,难于统一管理.为了解决这一难题,设计了一种新型的多协议转换器,该多协议转换器以S3C2440为核心平台,移植Linux内核建立MQTT服务,编写不同协议驱动,最终实现MQTT与UART、CAN、RS485和RS232等主流协议间的相互转换.测试结果证明:该设计方案结构简单,能将工业上使用不同协议的设备无缝连接,用户只需在服务器端发送设备命令即可控制所有设备,达到集中管理的目的,提高了设备的可靠性,降低了额外够买转换接口的成本,能满足大部分工厂的设备使用需求.%Currently,industry 4.0 is blooming in China,but factory equipment use different agreements and has difficulty in unified management.With utilization of embedded technology,the transformation between MQTT and mainstream equipment proto-cols like UART,CAN,RS485,RS232,etc.can be realized on the protocol converter through migrating Linux kernel and root file systems on S3C2440 as well as preparing relevant drivers.At the same time,the equipment was connected to a switch or a router, and finally IOT equipment used in different protocols in the industry was connected seamlessly.Users could control all equipment by sending commands of corresponding equipment on the server to achieve centralized management,which has improved reliability of equipment and has reduced the cost of additionally purchasing conversion interface,which satisfies most factory equipment needs.
