发动机气路环形静电传感器的传感性能研究

         

摘要

对航空发动机进气道静电监测原理进行分析,定义进气道环形静电传感器的空间灵敏度并建立环形探极的物理感应模型.针对出空间灵敏度难以度量的问题,利用ANSYS有限元分析工具对实验用进气道静电传感器感应情况进行仿真,进一步通过仿真数据分析环状静电传感器空间灵敏度的影响参数,并利用曲线拟合方法得到环状静电传感器空间灵敏度的分布函数.基于空间灵敏度分布函数和仿真数据对进气道静电传感器频率响应特性函数进行分析;利用静电传感器测试台架完成对比速度及空间位置对比实验,实验结果符合环状静电传感器的传感性能仿真分析的数据特性.%The principle of electrostatic monitoring for aero-engine inlet was analyzed and spatial sensitivity of electrostatic sensor was defined.Spatial sensitivity of inlet ring-probe electrostatic sensor was defined and ring-probe physical model of the induction was set up.Aiming at the problem that the sensitivity of space was difficult to measure ,ANSYS software was used to simulate ring-probe electrostatic sensor actual inducing condition.Then the simulation data of the influence of the annular space electrostatic sensor sensitivity parameter was further analyzed, and the method of curve fitting was used to get annular space axial electrostatic sensor sensitivity distribution function.Based on spatial sensitivity distribution function and simulation data,inlet ring-probe electrostatic sensor frequency response function was analyzed.Comparison test of speed and space composition was finished by electrostatic sensor bench.The obtained experimental results conform to the annular electrostatic sensor sensing characteristics of the simulation analysis.
