一种带温度补偿的光纤Bragg光栅应变传感器设计及工程应用

     

摘要

直接监测电力设备内部元件所受应力可以直观反映电力设备的运行状态,传统的监测手段不能直接深入电力设备内部进行检测.研制了一种带温度补偿的光纤Bragg光栅应变传感器,可以对电力设备内部元件所受应力和温度进行检测.研制的应变传感器选取了35 kV干式空心电抗器作为实验对象,监测了一次干式电抗器固化过程中包封所受应力和温度的变化趋势.将为变电站内高压电力设备的实时监控提供理论和实践依据.%The direct monitoring of the internal components of the electric power equipment can directly reflect the operation state of the power equipment.The traditional monitoring method can not directly detect the internal power equipment.A fiber Bragg grating strain sensor with temperature compensation was developed,which can detect the stress and temperature of the internal components of the power equipment.Strain sensors developed selected 35 kV reactor as the experimental object,stress and temperature change trend of dry type reactor encapsulated in the curing process was monitored.It will provide theoretical and practical basis for real-time monitoring of high voltage electric power equipment in the substation.
