工业加热炉是化工行业生产装置的重要设备之一，在化工行业中得到了广泛的应用。本文介绍了安全完整性等级以及LOPA分析方法，阐述了LOPA分析方法的步骤，同时采用该分析方法对某石化企业的加热炉系统进行了分析，辨识了该系统存在的风险因素，并提出了提高加热炉安全仪表系统可靠性的相关建议措施。%Industrial furnace is one of the important equipments in the chemical industry and it has been widely used. This paper introduces the safety integrity level and the method of LOPA analysis, expounds the steps of the LOPA analysis method. At the same time, the analysis method is used to analyze the heating furnace system of a petrochemical enterprise, and the risk factors of the system are identiifed, and some suggestions are put forward to improve the reliability of the furnace Safety Instrument system.
