Aluminium ash is a kind of high-yield and serious-pollution industrial waste,mainly produces in the electrolysis and casting process.It has attracted wide attention due to it contains a large number of aluminium,alumina,and other valuable components.It can not only solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by the direct landfill,but also make effective use of resources,improve economic and social benefits,when the aluminum ash is recycled effectively.The different recycling processes and the recovery of valuable components using aluminium ash were summarized,especially the recovery of aluminium from aluminium ash and the preparation of various new materials from aluminium ash were detailed.Finally,the comprehensive utilization prospect of aluminum ash was discussed.%铝灰是一种产量大、污染严重的工业废弃物,主要产生于电解、熔铸的工序.由于其含有大量的金属铝、氧化铝等有价成分,因此受到了人们的广泛关注.合理有效地回收处理铝灰,不仅能解决铝灰直接填埋造成的环境污染问题,还能做到资源有效利用,提高经济效益和社会效益.综述了铝灰有价成分的不同回收工艺及其回收利用现状,详述了从铝灰中回收铝及用铝灰制备各种新材料的工艺.最后,对铝灰的综合利用做了展望.
