四乙基氟硼酸铵的合成

         

摘要

四乙基氟硼酸铵现主要用于超级电容器中,有溶解度大、电导率高、高电压下不易分解等特点.对一种四乙基氟硼酸铵的合成方法做了研究,该方法收率较高,后处理也比较简单,工业三废较少,符合绿色环保的要求,是一条可行的工业路线.考察了不同质量比、反应温度、溶剂的量等因素对实验的影响.最终得到的产品[纯度为99.96%、w(阳离子)≤2×10-6、w(水分)=7.2×10-6、加(氟硼酸)=3.8×10-6]符合同行业质量要求.%The tetraethylammonium tetrafluoroborate has been mainly used in the super capacitor because of its high solubility,high conductivity,and not easy to be decomposed under high voltage.A new synthetic method of tetraethylammonium tetrafluoroborate was introduced.The method had the characteristics of high yield,simple post-processing,and less industrial Three Wastes.Therefore,it met the requirement of green environmental protection and was a feasible industrial route.The influences of different mass ratio,reaction temperatures,and quantities of solvent on the experiment were investigated.The final product (purity of 99.96%,mass fraction of cation content less than 2× 10-6,moisture content of 7.2× 10-6,the mass fraction of boratofluoric acid was 3.8×10-6) was also in line with the industrial quality requirements of the product.
