响应曲面法优化四氟硼酸锂制备工艺研究

         

摘要

基于响应曲面法,系统研究了反应比例、反应时间和降温速率3个工艺参数及其交互作用对LiBF4产品纯度的影响,并建立了相关的数学预测模型.研究表明,所建立的数学模型相关系数为0.985 4,该模型能够预测LiBF4产品纯度随各参数的变化规律;利用该模型计算出最佳实验参数:反应比(LiF和BF3物质的量比)为1.21、反应时间为6h、降温速率为1.59℃/h.该实验条件下制备的LiBF4产品纯度为99.986%,与模型预测值99.99%接近,说明该数学模型能够为LiBF4制备工艺的优化提供参考.%The response surface methodology was used to systemically research the effects of reaction ratio,reaction time and cooling rate and their interaction on the purity of LiBF4.The relevant mathematical prediction model was established as well.The results showed that the established mathematical model with a correlation coefficient of 0.985 4 could predict the changing rules for the purity of LiBF4.Based on the model,the optimal process parameters were optimized as follows:reaction ratio was 1.21 (amount of substance ratio of LiF to BF3),reaction time was 6 h and cooling rate was 1.59 ℃/h.Under the manufacturing conditions of optimized process parameters,the purity of LiBF4 was 99.986%,close to the predicted value of 99.99% by the model,which indicated that the mathematical model could help to optimize the production process for LiBF4.
