共建“中日韩”科技文献信息资源共享机制研究

摘要

To promote science and technology cooperationbetween China,Japan and South Korea ,this pa⁃per enumerates the examples of international literature information resource sharing mechanism,analyses the information resource sharing problems of building the-“China-Japan-South Korea”science and technology literature platformwith“Tumen River”as the introduction ,and puts forward some suggestions and countermea⁃sures.%为推进中日韩科技协作，本文列举了国际文献信息资源共享机制的例子，分析了共建“中日韩”科技文献平台-以“图们江”地区作为切入口文献信息资源共享的问题，提出了几点建议和对策措施。
