依托地方院校构建开放式公共图书馆研究

摘要

Based on the author’s experience of the public libraries’open, considerable and careful service in the developed countries of Europe and America,after the investigation and analysis of the current utilization status of the public library in the third-tier cities,as well as the challenges and problems faced by university li⁃brary in the information age,finally the idea of relying on the local colleges and universities to build an open public library is put forward, and the win-win situation brought by the public libraries built on the universities library is presented in detail.%笔者在亲身体会了欧美发达国家公共图书馆开放、细致、周到的服务后，对目前三线城市中公共图书馆的利用现状进行了调查分析，对信息时代下大学图书馆所面临的挑战和现有模式存在的问题进行了深入的剖析，最终提出了依托地方院校构建开放式公共图书馆的设想，最后详细展现了依托高校图书馆构建的城市公共图书馆将带来双赢的局面。
