论专利制度对企业技术创新的作用

摘要

Fromthe connotation and characteristics of patent system and technology innovation, this paper expounds the functional mechanisms of patent system in enterprise technology innovation, including patent infor⁃mation assurance, patent intelligence orientation,intellectual property protection,and innovation encouragement and so on.Then the article points out the shortcomings of patent system roles in the technology innovation of en⁃terprises in our country, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.%从专利制度和技术创新的内涵特征入手，阐述专利制度在企业技术创新过程中的专利信息保障、专利情报导向、知识产权保护和激励创新等作用机制，然后指出我国企业技术创新中专利制度作用的不足，并提出相应的解决对策。
