50例中国人开(牙合)和深覆(牙合)ODI的测量

摘要

目的:分别测量50例中国人开(牙合)和深覆(牙合)的ODI值为临床应用提供参考.方法:选择中国人开(牙合)和深覆(牙合)病例各50名,每组其男女各25名,每组平均年龄15.7岁,通过头影测量分析获得ODI值进行比较分析,并与白种人及中国人正常(牙合)数值进行比较,经t检验得出统计学结果.结果:不同种族的开(牙合)和深覆(牙合)患者ODI值有统计学意义(P<0.01);中国人正常(牙合),深覆(牙合)和开(牙合)之间的ODI值有极显著差别(P<0.001).结论:本研究提示的测量分析结果为临床应用ODI值对错(牙合)畸形的诊治提供参考.%Objective:To measure the ODI value of anterior openbite and anterior teeth lingmal tipping in Chinese patients and provide reference for clinical use of technique. Methods: Cephalometrics was performed and the ODI value was calculated in 50 patients with anterior openbite and 50 with anterior teeth lingmal tipping. The obtained ODI values were compared between the 2 groups and with the value of White people and Chinese with normal occlusion. Results: There were significant differences among the ODI values of patients with normal occlusion, anterior openbite and anterioreeth t lingmal tipping in Chinese (P<0.01). The ODI values of anterior openbite and anterior teeth lingrnal tipping differed much significantly between Chinese and the White (P<0.001). Conclusion: The ODI value is valuable in malocclusion diagnosis and treatment, and our results can provide the reference for its clinical use.
