DBQ系列塔吊和FZQ系列附臂吊在锅炉钢架吊装施工中的应用

         

摘要

In phase Ⅲ of the 2 × 660 MW unit project of Shangdu Power Plant in Inner Mongolia, the steel frame is of steel structure consisting of columns, beams, vertical brace, horizontal brace, secondary beam, roof bows and platform ladder; among heavy lifting, the main girder B, C and D are the heaviest ones in particular, with larger lifting volume and higher lifting height. Restricted by project of land planning, the arrangement of thermal power generating unit tends to be more compact, and the construction site is increasingly small, and therefore the combined construction site is narrower, which leads to the higher requirement of main crane of construction machinery used for boiler installation. Made an analysis from multiple dimensions of hoisting technology, site operation conditions, construction progress, tower crane performance, one-shift costs etc., decided to finish the lifting tasks of boiler steel structure of this project with the coordinated application of DBQ4000 tower crane and FZQ2000 arm crane.%内蒙古上都发电厂三期2×660 MW机组基建项目工程锅炉钢架采用全钢结构,由柱、梁、垂直支撑、水平支撑、次梁、顶板梁和平台扶梯组成。在大件吊装施工过程中,特别是B、C、D大板粱,因质量、体积大且高度高,施工难度大。另外,受建设项目规划用地的制约,在建设施工场地小,火电机组设备布置紧凑、单件构件吊重大的情况下,通过分析现场施工条件、工程进度目标、塔吊机械性能、吊件单重、台班费用等因素,优选施工吊装技术,决定在锅炉B、C、D大板梁吊装施工中采用DBQ4000型塔吊和FZQ2000型附臂吊共同抬吊;在A、E板梁吊装施工中采用DBQ4000型塔吊和FZQ2000型附臂吊单独吊装就位的施工方法。实践证明,按照该方法进行锅炉钢架板梁吊装,取得了非常好的施工效果和经济效益。
