600MW汽轮机高压调节阀故障分析与处理

摘要

内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司600 MW汽轮机高压调节阀及EH油系统曾发生过伺服阀卡塞、快速卸荷阀内漏、高压调节阀阀芯脱落,以及高压调节阀油系统外漏等故障.分别对各类故障现象、原因进行了分析,制订了更换卡塞伺服阀或快速卸荷阀、在线焊接脱落门杆以及及时堵塞油系统泄漏点等处理措施,并针对各故障给出了相应的预防措施.%This article focuses on failure summary of the governing valve EH oil system and the control valve itself of 600 MW steam turbine unit in Inner Mongolia Jinglong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.. Analyzed breakdown phenomenon and reasons in summary, proposed the solution methods to the failures. At the same time, put forward the preventive measures correspondingly.
