落球碰撞试验模拟火工品过载特性研究

     

摘要

建立了落球试验装置,并用该装置模拟了火工品发射时所承受的过载环境.通过落球碰撞试验得到了过载加速度随板厚和落高的变化曲线,以及过载加速度脉宽随板厚和落高的变化曲线;此外,应用有限元分析方法和ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对落球过载环境进行了数值模拟,得到了火工品组件上(钢板)的过载加速度——时间曲线、应力分布图.结果表明,模拟结果与实际试验结果一致性较好,落球碰撞试验适用于模拟火工品发射时的过载环境,研究结果为落球碰撞试验装置的优化设计提供了参考和依据.%A falling ball device was built to simulate the overloading characteristics for shoot With the falling ball experiment, the change curves of overloading acceleration vs the height of steel ball and the thickness of steel plate, as well as loading time vs the height of steel ball and the thickness of steel plate in the initiators were obtained. The numerical simulation experiment of falling ball was proposed by using finite element analysis and ANSYS/LS- DYNA. The stress clouds and the overloading acceleration vs time curve in the initiator were obtained, and the simulated results were compared with those of experiments. It showed that the simulated results are in good agreement with the available experimental data and the falling ball experiment is fit for simulating the overloading environment of launch .The research may provide some theory reference for parameter optimization of further falling ball device design.
