带壳炸药穿而不爆数值模拟与分析

         

摘要

基于采用低密度射流侵彻带壳炸药,使其穿而不爆,从而为后级主射流侵彻主目标清除障碍的设想,提出了用低密度材料作为成型装药药型罩材料.利用有限元AUTODYN-2D程序对该药型罩形成聚能射流进行了数值模拟,并对射流侵彻不同面板、背板以及夹层炸药厚度的带壳炸药时,夹层炸药是否起爆进行了对比分析,得到了不同面板、背板以及夹层炸药厚度下夹层炸药的峰值压力曲线和反应度曲线.结果表明:该低密度药型罩能够形成聚能射流,对于特定的带壳炸药,当面板、背板厚度小于2mm,夹层炸药厚度小于3.5mm时,射流侵彻带壳炸药能够实现穿而不爆;夹层炸药穿而不爆的压力阈值为7.09GPa,冲击起爆的压力阈值为8.02GPa;炸药压力对时间的积累效应以及炸药受压缩程度将会影响夹层炸药是否被射流冲击起爆.%Based on the idea of using the former jet destroying shelled explosive, which is penetrated but not detonated, and clearing away barrier for latter jet penetrating master armor, a kind of low density material was adopted to shaped charge. The finite element AUT0DYN-2D program was applied to complete the numerical simulation, and obtained the peak pressure and degree of reaction curve when the former jet penetrated different structure size of shelled explosive. The result showed that the studied shelled explosive could be penetrated but not detonated, when the panel and backplane thickness was less than 2mm, and the mezzanine explosives thickness was less than 3.5mm. The pressure threshold of mezzanine explosives is 7.09GPa when it was penetrated but not detonated, and the other is 8.02GPa when it was detonated. The cumulative effect of time and degree of compression will influence the detonation of mezzanine explosive.
