爆燃动力装置动作同步性研究

         

摘要

爆燃动力装置是国产某型支线客机应急逃生保障系统的关键部件,通过运动学仿真,确定了爆燃动力装置最小动作同步精度。在分析影响爆燃动力装置动作同步精度主要因素的基础上,提出相应的优化措施:为提高电点火器的点火精度,研制了电点火器,开展了电点火器点火性能考核试验;采用仿人智能控制技术提高了装药密度的均匀一致性;应用某型耐水药提高了爆燃动力装置内火药的安定性。推门模拟试验结果显示,优化后爆燃动力装置动作同步精度满足逃生保障系统技术指标。%The detonation powerplant is a key part of the crew emergency evacuation security system of a new regional airliner. The minimum movement synchronization precision was gotten by kinematic simulation. The factors that affect the movement synchronization of detonation powerplant were analyzed, and some measures to improve the synchronization were put forward. A new electric ignitor was developed to improve the ignition precision, which was verified through ignition tests. The consistency of charge density was advanced with the help of human simulating intelligent control technology. And the powder stability was raised by using a water-resistant ignition powder. The simulating pushing airliner door experiment indicated that the improved movement synchronization of detonation powerplant meets the needs of the crew emergency evacuation security system.
