某柔性组合延期管延期时间分布规律

     

摘要

Aimed at the problem that a man rocket early burst at 10m away from the pre-placement, during high- temperature test of product acceptance, the distribution of delay time for a flexible combination of delay collar used in this man rocket fuze were analyzed, based on the test data in different temperature with mathematical statistics. The study shows that the delay time in different temperature all obey the normal distribution, but the mean in high temperature is shorter than that in normal temperature, and that in low temperature is the longest, the standard deviation in normal temperature is larger than that in high temperature, and that in low temperature is the largest. The study also shows that the delay time in three different temperature all meet the target. It is necessary to extend 1 ~ 2 s for the design target of delay time, in order to avoid airburst in high temperature.%针对某单兵火箭弹在生产验收高温试验时距预定落点10m 处空炸,未能保证引信完成预定触发功能的故障,应用数理统计方法,对用于实现自毁功能的柔性组合延期管在不同环境温度下的延期时间实测数据进行了分布假设和假设检验。研究发现:该柔性组合延期管在不同环境温度下的延期时间都服从正态分布,但高温延期时间短,标准差也略小于常温的,而低温延期时间长,但标准差却较大;该柔性组合延期管在3种环境温度下的延期时间都能满足设计指标。为确保高温试验条件下不再出现空炸故障,有必要修改设计指标,适当延长1~2 s。
