涪陵深层页岩气井降低起裂压力用定面射孔器

         

摘要

Aimed at issues of the impracticability or fail of prospective result of dense reservoir fracturing simulation in Fu ling shale gas oilfield, caused by high fracturing pressure of formation and high pumping pressure during fracturing, based on the thought of controlling fractures direction that uses stress concentration to lead fracturing, so as to adjust fractures spread radially towards wellbore, the stress concentration which is formed by holes on same lateral section of casing after perforating and produced channels, the specific oriented side perforator was designed. By test verification, the oriented side perforator is capable of development requirement of conventional and unconventional oil reservoir in dense and thin formation.%涪陵页岩气地层破裂压力高,并且水力压裂时施工泵压高,使得致密油藏压裂增产措施无法实施,达不到预期效果.针对这些问题,根据射孔爆轰后产生的射孔在套管同一横截面的套管壁上形成按圆周分布的孔眼,多个孔眼及其对应的地层中的孔道在地层形成了沿井筒径向的应力集中,利用该应力集中引导压裂,使裂缝向井筒径向扩展,以控制裂缝走向的设计思想,设计出特殊定面射孔器.试验验证结果表明,该定面射孔器能够满足油田后期的致密油、薄油层、需要进行分段压裂的常规油藏及非常规油气藏的开发要求.
