拔销器作用过程的仿真研究

         

摘要

针对活塞式拔销器,建立了其内弹道模型,利用MATLAB软件数值模拟了装置整体作用过程,并与试验结果进行对比.结果表明内弹道模型仿真结果和试验结果基本一致,均可反映活塞式拔销器的运动特性.采用仿真模型分析各参数变化对拔销器性能的影响.结果表明活塞质量对拔销器运动的峰值速度影响最大,装药量、火药力和初始容积对峰值压力影响较大.%Aimed at the pin puller, the interior ballistic model was established, the numerical simulation of its separation process was carried out by the software MATLAB, and compared to the test results. It showed that the simulation results were consistent with the test results, which all reflect the moving characters of pin puller. Then, the effects of the parameters change on the properties of pin puller were simulated, the results showed that the mass of piston has the largest effect on the peak velocity of pin puller moving, while charge mass, powder force and initial volume have great influence on the peak pressure.
