硅基微雷管驱动飞片的速度计算研究

     

摘要

In order to evaluate the reliability of explosive transfer in MEMS explosive train, the velocity of micro-detonator-driven flyer was measured by photon-operated doppler velocimetry (PDV). Based on the measurement results and the structural design of the micro-detonator, the calculation formula of the flyer velocity given by Gurney has been modified, and a quality correction factor was proposed to correct the calculation of explosive mass, the corrected result's error verified by experiment is less than 7%.%针对MEMS起爆序列传爆可靠性的评价需求,在Gurney给出的炸药爆轰驱动飞片速度计算公式的基础上,利用光子多普勒测速系统(PDV)测量了微雷管驱动飞片的速度历程,根据测量结果并结合微雷管的结构设计对飞片速度计算公式进行了修正,提出了质量修正因子并得到了微雷管驱动飞片的速度计算公式,经实验验证计算误差在7%以内.
