CTSA+B天然澄清剂用于神经痛口服液澄清工艺的研究

摘要

目的:研究CTSA + B天然澄清剂用于神经痛口服液澄清的最佳工艺.方法:以芍药苷含量、除杂率、药液澄清情况等为考察指标,采用单因素考察法,优选最佳除杂工艺条件.结果:优选出的最佳工艺条件为:提取液浓缩至1:7(g:mL)的浓度;CTSA + B天然澄清剂用量,按生药计B组分为l％(g/g); B: A=2:1;先B后A的次序加入;搅拌速度120 r/min;在80～90℃保温;时间4 h以上.结论:CTSA + B天然澄清剂用于神经痛口服液的澄清工艺,效果良好.%Objective: To study an optimal clarification technology of Shenjingtong oral solution with clarifying agent of CTSA +B. Methods: Contents of paeoniflorin, impurity removing efficiency, and clarification of the liquid were taken as main value indexes to optimize the clarifying process with mono factor design. Results: The optimized clarifying process condition was under 1: 7 contract concentration with amount of 1％ CTSB(g/g), B: A =2: 1, with the order of B before A, keeping at 80 ～90℃ for 4 h and stirring under 120 r/min. Conclusion: CTSA + B can be used for the clarifying process of Shenjingtong oral solution and had good effects.
