目的:对近5年来针药结合治疗中风后肩手综合征的优缺点进行探索分析.方法:整理相关临床报道,分别从针刺结合中药内服、穴位注射以及外治法方面进行总结.结果:针药结合治疗肩手综合征临床疗效显著,毒副作用小,价格低廉,患者易于接受.结论:针药结合治疗肩手综合征在取得较好的临床效果的同时,在疗效评定标准、疗效观察等方面还存在一些问题.%Objective: To discuss the advantage and disadvantage of acupuncture treatment for shoulder - hand syndrome after stroke according to recent five - year literature. Methods: Related clinical researches were reorganized respectively from the aspects of acupuncture combined with oral Chinese medicinal, point injection and the external treatment. Results: The combination therapy of acupuncture and Chinese medicinal had less side effects with the characteristic of cheapness, easy acceptance, it achieved significant efficacy in the treatment of shoulder - hand syndrome. Conclusion: Although the combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicinal has made some progress in the treatment of shoulder - hand syndrome, there are still some problems about the observation and evaluation of clinical efficacy.
