基于VBA的Office操作题自动阅卷技术研究

摘要

Office操作考核是计算机基础考试的重点.为了提高Office操作题的阅卷效率,在分析Office文档对象及属性的基础上,结合VBA技术,设计并实现了Office操作题自动阅卷的通用系统,给出了部分算法实例,并在Windows XP操作平台下利用自动阅卷评分系统分别对Word、Excel及PowerPoint的操作性试题进行评分测试.测试结果表明,系统运行良好,评分准确可靠,提高了教师阅卷的效率,为其他考试阅卷系统的设计提供了参考,对改革传统的考试方法具有重要的参考价值.%The examination for Office operating-question is the emphasis of computer application basis examination.In order to improve the scoring efficiency of Office operating-question,the auto-marking universal system for Office operating-question is designed and implemented using VBA technology on the basis of analysis of the objects and attributes of Office documents,and some algorithm examples are given.The auto-marking for operating-question of Word,Excel and PowerPoint is tested respectively in the Windows XP operating system.The test results show that the system is not only accurate and reliable but also effective.It provides a reference for the design of other examination marking system and has important reference value to reform the traditional method of examination.
