基于ARX、GIS技术的房产测绘综合管理系统关键技术研究

摘要

According to the workflow and characteristics of real estate surveying management, based on ObjectARX and GIS technology develop real estate surveying integrated management system.This System make full use of AutoCAD and ArcGIS to their respective advantages, improve operation efficiency and enhance the real estate surveying achievements management level, to accelerate the construction process of "Intelligence real estate management ". In this paper, the key technology in the process of system development to make a brief exposition.%根据房产测绘作业流程和管理特点,基于ObjectARX和GIS技术开发的房产测绘综合管理系统,充分发挥了AutoCAD和ArcGIS各自的优点,提高作业效率和提升房产测绘成果的管理水平,有利于加速"智慧房产"的建设进程.本文就系统开发过程中的关键技术作一简要的论述.
