The paper introduces organizational architecture, operational mechanism and effects after the new library opening of co-operative library of Ningbo Polytechnic library and Beilun District library, analyzes existing problems in actual operation. It puts for-ward suggestions for sustainable development of the cooperation between the two libraries, such as breaking through original relatively narrow information service space, to realize document resource co-construction and sharing; breaking down original turf-conscious or-ganizational boundary between university library and public library, to rebuild organization and service process;strengthening manage-ment of staff from different system, to optimize human resources;striving for attention and support from local government, to ensure ad-equate funding after co-operative library opening.%介绍宁波职业技术学院图书馆与北仑区公共图书馆合作组织架构、运行机制以及新馆开馆后取得的成效,对实际运行中存在的问题和不足进行探讨,为两馆合作可持续发展提出打破原有信息服务的相对狭窄空间,实现文献资源共享共建；打破原有高校图书馆和公共图书馆各自为政的组织界限,重建组织和服务流程；加强不同体系工作人员的管理,优化人力资源要素；积极争取地方政府的重视和支持,保障合作馆开放后有充足的经费等建议.
