优化漳州卫生职业学院图书馆流通工作探讨*--基于阮冈纳赞图书馆学五定律分析

摘要

The paper expounds contents and meaning of Ranganathan’s Five Laws of Library. It bases on the Five Laws to analyze work status quo of Zhangzhou Health Vocational College Library and points out the weaknesses. It puts forward measures to optimize its circulation work including perfecting service mode modernization by infrastructure construction; promoting service content optimization for the purpose of reader service; driving team construction professionalization with talent training as the core; bringing in RFID tech-nologies and equipments to realize library intelligent management; offering individualized service with the help of new media platform;building humanized service atmosphere by modern information equipments.%阐述阮冈纳赞图书馆学五定律的内涵与意义。以五定律为准绳对漳州卫生职业学院图书馆工作现状进行剖析，指出其不足。提出以基础建设为保障、完善服务模式现代化，以读者服务为宗旨、促进服务内容优质化，以人才培养为核心、推动队伍建设专业化，引进RFID技术和设备、实现书库智能化管理，借助新媒体平台、提供个性化服务；利用现代信息设备、营造人性化服务氛围等优化图书馆流通服务举措。
