电信运营商中小企业信息化服务云架构设计

摘要

For a long time, telecom operators in terms of promoting SMEs informationization service is always can’t achieve expectation. In this paper, Telecom operators’mature experience in the data center, cloud platforms and IMS building was used for SMEs-Oriented informationization service cloud. A service cloud,which is real for SMEs Informationization Service, flex-ible, open, ICT capability converged provided, was designed for telecom operators to break the impasse.%一直以来，电信运营商在中小企业信息化方面的推进中总是办法不多，无法达到预期。为此，文章借鉴电信运营商在数据中心、云平台及 IMS 建设方面的成熟经验，提出了面向中小企业信息化服务云的架构设计，通过 IT 及 CT 能力的融合提供，打造真正面向中小企业的、灵活的、开放的服务云，以求为电信运营商突破中小企业信息化服务“困局”提供新的思路。
