脉冲场凝胶电泳在感染性疾病诊治中的应用

脉冲场凝胶电泳（pulsed-field gel electrophoresis, PFGE）被视为感染性疾病暴发疫情中流行病学关系分析的“金标准”，目前主要用于细菌性感染性疾病的流行病学研究及细菌分子分型。在医院临床工作中，PFGE在相关感染性疾病的临床诊治、院内感染的溯源与控制等方面同样有很好的应用前景。本文就PFGE在医院临床工作中的应用进行综述。%Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) is used as 'gold standard' in the epidemiological analysis of outbreak of in-fectious diseases, and is mainly applied in the study of epidemiology of bacterial infectious diseases and molecular subtyping. PFGE also has a good prospect in clinical diagnosis and treatment of related infectious diseases, source tracking and control of nosocomial infections and so on. This review focuses on the application of PFGE to clinical practice.
