麻疹的中医论治及现状

摘要

There are many valuable experience in treatment of measles by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy shows great advantages in treatment of severe measles and its complications. While the advantages of TCM are brought into full play, further research, which aims at the prevention, treatment, recovery in the late stage of measles and other phases and links of clinical treatment of measles, should be strengthened, so as to lay an important foundation for the prevention and treatment of measles and other infectious diseases by TCM. The article focuses on the theory source, etiology, pathogenesis, and TCM therapy of measles and the management of its complications, for the purpose of providing evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment of measles.%中医在治疗麻疹方面积累了丰富的宝贵经验，中西医结合对重症麻疹及其并发症的治疗优势明显，疗效确切。在充分发挥中医优势的同时，应进一步加强科学研究，从预防、治疗和后期恢复等多层面、多环节积极参与临床救治，为中医药防治麻疹等重大传染病奠定基础。本文从麻疹的溯源、病因病机、中医治疗及并发症的处理等方面进行阐述，以期为临床诊治提供参考。
