The mortality rate of severe human infection with avian influenza A (H7N9) virus is extremely high. One severe human infection case caused by avian influenza A (H7N9) virus, who was characterized by rapid progression of lung lesions, was successfully cured through the use of double-dose oseltamivir anti-viral medication, low-dose short-term hormone treatment and immunoregulation.%重症人感染H7N9禽流感病死率极高,本文报告1例以肺部病变进展较快的重症人感染H7N9禽流感病例,通过使用加倍剂量奥司他韦抗病毒治疗,小剂量激素短期治疗和免疫调节等方法成功救治.
