基于S7-400FH PLC的快速定量装车控制系统的设计

摘要

In order to meet with requirements of rapid and quantitative loading system of sulfur for petrochemical industry, a control system of rapid and quantitative loading system based on S7-400FH failure-safe PLC was designed. The paper introduced hardware and software design and network configuration of the control system in details. The practical application showed that the control system achieves rapid and quantitative loading of sulfur in dust environment, which has functions of centralized control, precise blending and self-protection interlock.%为了满足石化行业硫磺快速定量装车系统的要求,设计了一种基于S7- 400FH故障安全型PLC的快速定量装车控制系统；详细介绍了该控制系统的硬件、软件设计和网络配置.实际应用表明,该控制系统实现了粉尘环境下硫磺颗粒的快速定量装车,具有集中控制、精确配料、自保联锁等功能.
