煤矿安全风险预控管理信息系统

摘要

In order to realize pre-identification, pre-evaluation and effective management for risk of coal mine safety, the paper proposed a design scheme of risk pre-control management information system of coal mine safety.It introduced process of risk pre-control management and functions of function modules of the system by taking risk pre-control management information system of coal mine safety in intrinsically safe management system of Antaibao Opencast Coal Mine as an example.The actual application showed that the system provides advanced and reliable management means for realizing safety target of coal mine.%为实现对煤矿安全风险的预先辨识、评估及有效管理,提出了一种煤矿安全风险预控管理信息系统的设计方案;以安太堡露天矿本质安全管理体系中的煤矿安全风险预控管理信息系统为例,详细介绍了风险预控管理流程、系统功能模块的作用.实际应用表明,该系统为煤矿实现安全目标提供了先进、可靠的管理手段.
